PowerDirector Overlay Track Blend

I have a 16 second video clip I'm working on in powerdirector 365. I have the main video on track 1, and an addition video (with plain background) in track 2. I need track two blended with track one. I can almost do it, but I can cant get the birds that are in track 2 to be as clear as they can be. So really simple job, I will pay $12 as I know this will only take someone a few minute if they know what they are doing.

Lots of future work with little jobs I can't quite do, if this goes well.
