3-Minute Team Recap Video

I need a polished, three-minute highlight reel built from the photos and short clips my team captured throughout 2025. The finished piece will open our upcoming company-wide conference, so it has to feel professional and formal while still celebrating what we’ve achieved.
Please organise the visuals by activity type—training sessions together, volunteer days together, celebrations together—rather than running everything in strict date order. I’d also like subtle, royalty-free background music that keeps a corporate tone, plus on-screen text overlays or lower-third captions to introduce each segment and, where useful, add brief context.
Deliverables:
• Final 3-minute video in 1920×1080 MP4 (H.264) ready for projection
• Separate version without music in case we need to swap tracks
• All working files or project package so we can update assets later
