I'm looking for a video editor to create minimalist and clean edits for long entertainment YouTube videos, averaging 30-40 minutes in length with some shorts created from long form content.

Key Requirements:
- Edit long-form entertainment videos (20-30 mins)
- Maintain a minimalist and clean editing style
- Ensure high video and audio quality
- Add necessary transitions and graphics subtly

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in video editing software - dont really care about which software
- Strong understanding of pacing and storytelling
- Experience with YouTube content, especially in the entertainment niche [Movie reviews, gaming content]
- able to create shorts from long form content with cool effects - not too many shorts needed but high impact shorts
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
