Home Video Segmentation and Titling

I'm looking for someone to edit my home videos. I need each video segment cut into its own video and labeled. I have 35 videos that are each 1-2 hours long
Requirements:
- Label each clip with a title.
- No transitions between segments.
- Output format should be MP4.
