I have a 2-minute-51-second talking-head video in horizontal MP4 format. Most of the frame is just empty space on both sides of my face, so I simply want those margins removed and the picture framed vertically—essentially a 9:16 portrait crop that focuses on me and keeps everything else exactly as it appears now.
