Create Engaging Video Shorts | 8–10 Reels/Shorts from a 13-min Video

I’m looking for a talented video editor to transform a 13-minute video into 8–10 engaging reels/shorts. The goal is to highlight the key moments while ensuring a seamless, crisp flow. Each reel should be optimized for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, exported in 9:16 aspect ratio (1080×1920).
Requirements per reel:
Cut out engaging highlights that capture the essence of the original video.
Apply speed ramps where necessary to boost viewer retention.
Add subtle, professional text captions that complement the visuals.
Use an attractive background (preferably a blurred version of the original video for consistency).
Deliverables:
Final MP4s (ready to upload)
Captions in SRT format (if possible)
2–3 thumbnail frames for each reel

Start with a trial of 1–2 reels
On approval, proceed with the rest (total ~8–10 reels, or fewer if only 6 can be made truly engaging)
