Here is what I need from you:

• Add clear, well-timed subtitles throughout.
• Create a second cut: a 30-second Reel featuring the key tips, with concise on-screen text and light background music suitable for social platforms.
• Deliver both pieces in high-quality MP4, optimised for Instagram (1080×1920 for the Reel, standard 16:9 for the full video).
