Blur Numbers in 2-Hour Video

I have a 2-hour-03-minute MP4 in which a few phone numbers briefly appear on screen. They pop up in roughly three to five separate spots, and each instance is only visible for a few seconds. I simply need those numbers obscured—whether the blur blends into the background or sits as a solid block is fine as long as the digits cannot be read.
The video itself can’t be trimmed or re-encoded to a noticeably lower quality; I just need the same resolution and audio track returned with the numbers hidden. Please keep the original timing perfectly intact so it syncs with existing subtitles.
