Birthday Montage Video Editor Needed
Budget: $150 – $300 USD
I’m creating a fast-paced, emotionally powerful tribute video for my husband’s 41st birthday celebration — Festival 41 — taking place Saturday, October 25.
Guests have submitted a mix of photos and video messages, but many clips are long and unpolished. I’m looking for an editor who can craft a cohesive, engaging 6–8 minute montage that captures his spirit and the tone of the event: energetic, adventurous, and deeply heartfelt, with the emotional build of a festival highlight reel — not a slideshow.
I would also value the editor’s professional opinion on whether it’s better to include short excerpts from guest videos or keep the montage photo-driven (saving the full video messages for Jerry to watch privately).

• Review and organize the provided photo and video submissions
• Select the best-paced, emotionally resonant clips for the montage
• Trim long video messages (or omit them if advised)
• Combine 150–200 photos and selected clips into a 6–8 minute finished video
• Sync to music that matches the event’s mood — upbeat yet meaningful (I can provide songs or trust your taste)
• Apply clean transitions, tasteful effects, and light color/audio balancing
• Add optional titles or short text labels (e.g., “Family,” “College Friends,” “Adventures,” “The Supremia Crew”)
• Deliver in HD 1080p or 4K MP4/MOV, ready for big-screen playback
Tone and pacing should mirror a highlight film for a milestone celebration — warm, fun, cinematic, and never dragging.
