Banquet Highlight Reel Editing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a polished highlight reel that captures the very best moments from an upcoming banquet and condenses them into an engaging 3-4 minute video. The raw footage will be supplied in 4K and audio from the microphone feed will be provided in separate files. What I’m after is a tight, visually appealing cut that flows smoothly from start to finish. The event consists of a dinner, award presentations, guest speakers, as well as Live + Silent Auctions. We'd like to show shots of each to entice future sponsors and attendees and show how fun the event is.
Here’s what matters most to me:
• A true highlight-reel rhythm—quick, energetic pacing that still feels cohesive.
• Thoughtful music selection. I don’t have set tracks, so please choose royalty-free music that matches the celebratory yet elegant tone of the evening.
• Seamless transitions, tasteful lower-thirds for key speakers, and light color correction/grading so every shot looks consistent.
• Final delivery in two formats: 4K master plus a 1080p version optimized for social sharing.
I'll have clips organized into clearly defined folders for easy sorting. We have plenty of time to plan in advance of the shoot. I have a Vimeo for the reel I did last year for reference (it was my first time editing and it's terrible, but it will give an idea of what the event is like)
