Every video must feature a native American or European male or female, roughly 25-40 years old, speaking clearly, warmly, and believably—no scripts, just a sincere reaction that centres on how well-made the services feels.
Please record indoors in a business-style office setting: desk, shelves, or conference room backdrop, even lighting, steady camera, crisp audio, and at least 1080p resolution. Portrait or landscape is fine as long as the framing looks professional and the file arrives as a clean MP4.
