I am looking for a video editor to create short anime edits for YouTube Shorts.
Task:
Create 30–40 second anime shorts
Sync clips with music (I will provide music and anime scene suggestions)
Add smooth transitions and effects
Final output must be in vertical 9:16 format (1080x1920)
No watermark allowed in the final video
Budget: ***My actual budget is ₹200–₹300 per video. Will pay per short delivered. I will split the total ₹600 into 2–3 videos.***
Delivery: Within 1–2 days
Frequency: 2–3 videos per week (I may hire different editors per video)
