technical program manager

I am looking for a Technical Program Manager to prepare an overall Project plan which should include details about the type of tasks that are needed to design, implement, and make a new (made up) feature on a device to go in production. I need this sample detailed plan in 2 days. Nothing critical or sensitive information applicable. Also, nothing to worry about technical correctness of the actual tasks (assumptions are fine) but the plan should cover all the teams to work with, the requirements, and the types of activities for tracking to design, develop, optimize, and ship the project feature. I can share in-dept details once we have agreement.
