RagePluginHook for GTA5

Hi,
I have GTA V and enjoy playing it on Steam with LSPDFR mod which requires RagePlugin.
I hadn’t played it in a while and when I go in now GTA V immediately updates to version 2545. However Rage is not yet available with that update.
When I try to revert to the previous version it doesn’t allow me as I never had that version (I did not log in for a while so was just updated from an older version to the brand new version.
Help – Please help me to find a way to download version 2372 of GTAV and be able to play it with LSPDFR through Rage.
Note: I have a couple of older versions of GTA that I saved but when I go in GTA tries to update them, and wont let me play without them being updated.
When Rage opens I go to the settings and look to revert to previous game version, but no version is available.
If you know what you are doing this is probably a 15-20 minute job. Please only bid if you know what you are doing.
