Responsibilities:

Analyze YouTube analytics to identify areas for improvement and create data-driven strategies to grow the channel
Develop and execute creative concepts for new video content
Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure high-quality video production
Manage the YouTube community by responding to comments, engaging with subscribers, and addressing any concerns or issues
Stay up to date with the latest trends, features, and algorithms on YouTube to ensure the channel remains competitive
Requirements:
