I want to create a video With 12 faces Similing

We want to make a commercial for TV and social media promotion for a new product/service, commercial comprises 12 smiling faces covering males/females, nationalities, aged around the 50-year-old mark, all saying hi/hello (multiple languages would be great) and then smiling, would like the faces to appear full screen and then fade into the background into a wall of the 12 faces, next is a VoiceOver of approx 45 words
