want my audio(of less than a minute) turn into a video with good stock images, videos memes and effects

I wish to start an instagram page, and want to post regular content on it. For it i want to start with regular uploading of reels. For that i can record audio and want someone to overlap most appropriate, funny and legitimate superposition on it. It should appeal the watcher. The audio will be in Hindi. I also want an english transcript running while the reel progresses with the bar at the bottom depicting the timestamp of the running reel. absolute begginers can also apply if they really want to give their best and learn alongside. we will work as a team, in full spirit, nature and professionalism. Consistency should be the key.
