video editor using AI

I am looking for a video editor who can use AI technology to transform short few minute videos into character-based content. The ideal candidate should have experience in full AI editing, including auto-editing and auto-cropping.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in video editing software and AI technology
- Ability to seamlessly integrate AI features such as auto-editing and auto-cropping
- Knowledge of color correction, stabilization, and other basic AI editing techniques
- Experience in object removal and scene enhancement for advanced AI editing
Additional Information:
- The client is open to either using specific footage provided by them or stock footage provided by the freelancer.
the video example I have attached I want someone to take basic exercise videos and make them into a character like in the video. This way we can still show the form of the exercises. Background will be changed and the persons features etc
