video editor for short vertical videos

I need a video editor for an ongoing collaboration. Every weekend, I will record 1-2 hours of video with my GoPro during my motorcycle rides. From these videos, you will need to create at least 15 vertical videos with effects, each lasting 15-20 seconds, to be published on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
