video compilation

Need someone who can compile or create video upto 60 second from collection of photos or videos given. And give same effect or transition in between video like I will give sample from that replace each video segment and replace with other of targeted folder.
I have given a video where 7 scene changes are there like it can replace all seven scenes with new scene from targeted folder
