video Podcast editor

Looking for a quick reliable video editor with great work ethic, able to deliver projects on time. I have a podcast https://www.youtube.com/@IsThisItPodcast you can see here. I will be looking for 4-6 eps per month plus reels. I have thus far worked with editors charging 6$ per hour, but am open to proposals for per project ( episode and reels ) basis.
