vMix Operator Needed in Munich
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m running a one-day corporate event in Munich and need an experienced vMix operator BASED IN MUNICH who can arrive with a fully-equipped vMix system and handle the entire video side for roughly eight hours on site. Your main responsibilities will be setting up, switching, and live-streaming the show, keeping every transition smooth and on-brand for our audience watching remotely as well as the in-room screens.
What I’ll count on you for:
• Bringing and configuring your own vMix-ready PC or laptop, capture cards, and any essential I/O hardware.
• Building the show file, managing lower thirds, stingers, and any pre-recorded assets we provide.
• Mixing multiple camera feeds, presentation laptops, and occasional video inserts in real time.
• Pushing a stable stream to our preferred platform (we’ll share the RTMP details in advance) and actively monitoring audio levels and network health throughout the day.
• Striking the setup quickly once the stream ends and handing over a clean vMix project file for our archive.
The venue offers a hard-wired fibre connection, SDI from each camera position, and an isolated audio feed from FOH; please list any additional gear or converters you’ll need so we can have backups ready. Fluent English or German is fine—as long as comms stay clear under pressure.
