4 travel vlogs youtube videos per month edited with Davinci Resolve

I travel around the by bike on very limited budget and I publish one vlog every week.
I edit on Davinci Resolve and I'm looking for an editor that can help me. So it would be a long term relationship 4 videos a month.
I would provide proxy files at lower resolution 720p probably to edit the video and then I'll do the final rendering. But we can work out a suitable workflow.
My video are mostly GoPro color clip and Insta360 GO clips. I would provide between 40min to 1 hour and 20 mins in average per episode to cut down to 15 to 20 min episode.
I will provide music to add, so far I mostly only add it to hyper lapses.
I do not require colour correct nor thumbnail.

I'm willing to offer 15$ per video so 45$ per month. If the quality of the editing improve the quality of the videos and we get more views I'm willing to increase the video editing fees.
