Job Title: Content Moderator – Level 1

Role Overview:

The Content Moderator (Lvl1) is responsible for downloading, organizing, and preparing all raw video content from GRIND’s live stream and media sources. This role ensures the creative team always has clean, accessible footage ready for editing and distribution.

You’ll be the first link in the content pipeline — focused on capturing, labeling, and uploading files efficiently, maintaining the structure of the GRIND ecosystem’s digital archive.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor GRIND’s 24/7 live stream and community channels for new content.
• Download and organize clips or full videos daily.
• Upload all footage into the designated Google Drive folders using proper file naming conventions.
• Maintain consistent file structure and content labeling.
• Communicate directly with Content Moderator (Level 2) when new content is ready for editing.
• Ensure no duplicate, corrupted, or missing files exist in the library.
• Support the media and marketing teams by flagging high-value or viral-worthy content moments.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Basic understanding of file management and cloud storage (Google Drive).
• Familiarity with streaming platforms and downloading tools.
• Reliable communication and time management.
• A proactive mindset — able to identify and prioritize important footage.

Performance Goals:

Maintain consistent uploads of live stream content.
Ensure 100% accuracy in file naming and organization.
Maintain strong communication with the editing team.
Keep all content synced and available for editors within 24 hours of recording.

Growth Path:

Successful Level 1 moderators may advance to Content Moderator (Level 2), focusing on clip editing and short-form content preparation for GRIND’s social platforms.
