podcast episodes video editor (arabic)

i need a video editor to sync audio and video for podcast episodes. the editor should be able to speak arabic since that the language of the videos. editor should be experienced and have done this sort of thing before. i have multiple videos i want to sync . editor should have experience with audio and how to make audio clear using adobe effects
