I need a youtube expert

I need someone to teach me everything I need to make a youtube video. I need it to be very budget friendly. Just starting out. I need a Dash cam for my car and could also be a cam used outside of the car. I need to be shown how to make videos and edit them. Also what editing software to get it. I want to start this project in the next day or so.
