I need a youtube editor

Hello, I am currently a really small youtube channel and looking for a proper editor to edit videos for me. I'm been able to gain subscribers and views quite quickly so a proper editor would be nice to maybe increase the quality. I want to have at least 2 videos uploaded a week.
