I need solid YouTube video scripts written for me to use in my voice.

I need a 6-10 minute script written that can keep viewers engaged. I like my video editor. Up until now, we have only used clips from live broadcasts to edit and post videos. We want something more engaging for the listener that will make them watch all the way through 1 video per week will have to get about 10,000 views to be financially viable to continue.
The channel is on the topic of Electric Vehicle news.
I can supply 2-5 articles from the previous day's news that can be used to create content. I need it written in a way that keeps the viewer engaged and wanting to listen till the end.
If this works out we could go from 1 per week to probably 3 or 4.
