I need a editor for my Funny videos

I need a good editor that understands memes and can make a good, funny, video, but also does not use too many memes. My video are 2-5 minutes long but the raw footage is usually like 10-17 so you just have to cut some clips that are not good and cut it down to 2-5 minutes, you will probably take about a day to edit my videos. So the main part i wanna talk about is my editing style, many editors edit funny videos with a ton of memes and they dont give insight on the real person that is recording. i want my video style to be very similar to a youtuber named Sketch so before you say yes to this please watch most videos from this guy and watch the 6 months old videos instead of the new ones. And the last thing i would want would be subtitles if it fits in the budget.
