I need a Twitch Editor to turn VODs into videos

Hi, I'm Milyunn I started streaming on twitch recently, and I have been having a blast. I just achieved Afilliate, and my channel is growing decently fast.
I love making content, but I hate editing. It's tideous, but most of all time consuming. anyone in the industry knows I'd be better off making content. If I could free up hours of timeline scrubbing and just focus on gaming, I think I'd be much more prolific.
I need an editor to moderate streams, and an editor to reformat content.
I stream for hours at a time, and if I'm being honest, most of the long form content isn't worth bringing to TikTok or YouTube.
You'll be Highlighting VODs right on the twitch platform. I'll handle exports and repurposing of short form content.
