I have started a Youtube channel, I'm looking for a person(Indian) who can edit my videos.

Responsibilities
He should have knowledge of trending memes
He should add interesting memes in-between the video
He should remove noise from video
He should add interesting background sound where required.
He should be well versed with all the editing tools

Theme of Youtube channel is comedy
