instagram video / Stories

i need someone to edit my short travel vidoes and make a nice stories for instagram, it should not be longer than 25-30 sec and shall have nice effects. once i selcet someone , i intend to keep giving them work for future too, so prices for clips editing needs to be reasonable. editng to be done in adobe premier pro.
