editing video

I am looking for a freelancer experienced with video editing to help with a project. The project involves basic editing such as trimming and adding transitions to video footage that is between 10-30 minutes in length. I have a detailed plan for the editing process, so experience with interpreting instructions and adhering to expectations is a must. Any additional services such as advanced editing (color grading and special effects) or professional editing (storytelling and audio mixing) are welcome, and I'm open to suggestions about how to improve the video. Experience with video editing is a plus, but quick turnaround time and great customer service are the key qualities I'm looking for.
