editing video

I am looking for an experienced video editor to work on some promotional videos. The videos in question need to be edited down to less than 5 minutes in length. I have some preferences regarding the music and sound effects required in the video but I am open to suggestions. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in a variety of video editing techniques and have a keen eye for design. I am looking for an editor who is not only experienced but also creative and eager to help me make the most out of my promotional materials.
