edit 3D video using 'After effects' or equal

We have a 3D video with 'bottom Headers', the artist has to "edit" that Header 'delete 834' and 'replace it with 900' (this is an example)--rest of the Header can stay: such simple 'edits' have to be done--which can be done in an Hr. or two Hrs. (working on [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin for offsiting - please see Section 13 of our Terms and Conditions] under the guidance of Client). Please respond, only if you have prior expertise in 'editing 3D video using "After effects' or equal.
