edit a video to match a 3:15 sound track

My project involves editing a video to match the length of a 3:15 soundtrack. The video is currently in MP4 format, and I don't need additional audio added. I'm seeking an experienced freelancer with excellent editing skills to ensure the soundtrack fits perfectly with the video. It would be great if you have a lot of experience with creating successful projects of this nature and a thorough understanding of both the soundtrack and the video.
