colour grading/ video editing

I am looking for an experienced colour grading/video editing freelancer to help me with my project. I am aiming for a bright and vibrant video with a duration of more than 10 minutes. I am open to suggestions for the colour grading and don't have any specific preferences or references for this. If you have expertise in this field, please get in touch so we can discuss further! Also , I only want experienced people who know how to colour grade and secondly the person should be from india.Thanks!

Also the budget per video is 150-250 inr(15 mins long) and I only want people for long term
