On-camera Tutor Recruiter for Language Video Lectures

I’m building a language-learning YouTube channel and platform, focused on helping people learn Tamil and Hindi through engaging, high-quality video lessons.
I need a freelancer to find and secure charismatic, camera-ready female tutors who can teach, record, and ideally edit their own videos — or coordinate with a separate editor.
You’ll handle end-to-end sourcing, including outreach, screening, and getting a verbal agreement from each tutor to record lessons.
Your Responsibilities:
Find young, fluent female tutors for Tamil and Hindi who:
Speak English fluently (C1 or higher)
Are comfortable on camera, confident, and charismatic
Have clear audio, clean background, and proper lighting
Can record in 1080p+ using a phone or camera
Are comfortable teaching via pre-written scripts or simple slides
Get verbal confirmation that each tutor agrees to record video lessons for the channel (paid per video).
Collect their contact information (email, WhatsApp, or Telegram) and provide:
Name, Language, Accent/Region, Age range, Teaching background
Camera + mic setup details
Sample 30-second video (intro) or recent clip
Confirmation that they are open to video collaboration.
Prefer tutors who can self-edit their videos (basic trimming, lighting, captions) or are open to working with an external editor.
Bonus Points:
Tutors who have prior YouTube or online teaching experience.
Tutors with experience editing videos or familiarity with CapCut, VN, or Canva Video.
Tutors who can record multiple languages (e.g., Tamil + English, Hindi + English).
