Youtube video editor and scriptwriter

I want to produce 10 videos regarding health. I will give you a list of keywords and its your task to create a video regarding this keyword. Each script is to be 700 words long. Example of keyword is "Top 3 ways to naturally lower blood pressure".

I want to hire a youtub evideo editor that is capable of creatic dynamic illustrations with images/video sequences in the video that describes what is being talked about on the video.

Length of the video is to be 3-4 minutes. I want high level editing.

Budget per video is $40. I have a voice actor that will handle the voice overs. Your task is to write the scripts and I will then send to voice over for making into voice; afterwhich I will send the voice over files to you to make the final edits for the video.
