Youtube video editor for Interior Design Channel

We are an Interior Design team with a fast growing Youtube channel. We've seen substantial growth on our Youtube channel over the last 18 months and we're looking for someone to help us continue to grow the channel. We publish 20-25 minute videos 3x per week. The pace is fast and turnaround time must all be fast. We want to work with someone who understands this space and can work with us to not only edit current videos but also help us make future content better.
