Youtube channel and content

I'm looking for someone to create a Youtube channel with engaging content for my business. The channel should focus on entertainment videos, and doesn't need to focus on any particular subject. Rather, I'm open to ideas from the creator. The videos should be created and released on a monthly basis. This is an ongoing project that needs to be completed on a regular basis. I'd prefer someone with knowledge in Youtube web development, video editing, and video production.
