JOB DESCRIPTION
I run more than 7 youtube cash cow channels and I am looking for more experience editors. you must be very experience with adobe premier pro, after effect and photoshop.
Here is my other channel which will act as a sample channel https://www.youtube.com/c/FREENVESTING and I will want you to create videos exactly as the ones you find on this channel https://www.youtube.com/c/FREENVESTING. I will provide all the premium websites for you to get all the premium stock footage you need.
THIS IS HOW THE VIDEOS ARE PRODUCED IN THE CHANNEL.
I will provide you with a raw footage from a top personnel/guru in the financial industry/niche like Robert Kiyosaki, it can be an interview and I will tell you the length of the video I want it to be and you will trim parts of that original raw footage then download stock footage that will match EXACTLY what he is saying and use the stock footage to produce a new video just as on my sample channel, so the sample channel will be your reference in everything. If it is an interview then you will trim just the parts the key/guess speaker is talking. To produce a complete video, you will then need to add background calm music, subscribe call to action buttons and end screens just as on the sample channel. if you are hired then you will join my team and I will provide you with login details to all the premium websites you will use to download quality stock footage, music and other assets. All my video lengths are averagely from 12 to 20 minutes as seen on my other channel(sample channel provided)
KEY NOTE: You need to have an idea about finance and be able to understand what the speaker is talking about so that you will be able to do the required research and get the matching stock assets to compile the video, if the speaker is talking about key data and graphs then you need to be able to search on google and get data, info graphics and statistics matching what he is saying for the video to be able to stand out, so i need a lot of graphs and data on the videos as per the speaker's speech. Please go and watch videos on the sample channel as many as you can to be able see what other freelancers are doing and what you will be expected to do. you will be part of a creative team manage by the software Trello which you will be giving access.
THUMBNAIL DESIGN
To finalise and submit your video, you will need to design a thumbnail that looks EXACTLY in context and contract like the thumbnails on the sample channel. So go see the thumbnails to see if you can design thumbnails EXACTLY LIKE THAT. You will be able to deduce the text to be used on the thumbnail from the video you just edited and the text on the thumbnail has to be able to create some URGENCY AND FEAR, that is the reason some one will click on it and the reason my videos go viral. To ensure that you have read my job description till the end, please type the name of your favourite animal at the beginning of your proposal. If I can't find that then that means you didn't read and understand the job description and you will just be wasting our time. So as soon as you designed your thumbnail you will join with the video and submit for approval
PAY RATE
My pay rate ranges between $20 to $40 per video depending on your experience and the quality of the video and I pay after every set of 5 videos. So let's say you are an experience editor, produce dope video and are been paid $40 per video, it means a milestone of $200 will be created and as soon as you can complete, submit your 5 videos and everything is approved the milestone will be release and new one created. At least 2 videos are uploaded on my channels every day so I need videos, if you can create one video within a day or two days max then that will be great. SOP document attached below .
