Youtube to Tiktok editor, Urdu language is a MUST

I am looking to work with an editor, who can successfully edit content from Youtube, into an engaging TikTok video. I am going to need 5 videos, that will make the content from his Youtube work with tiktok algorithm to make the viewers engaged and hooked.

This means making sure there is captions, clear cuts, professional editing and or music if necessary.
