Youtube Manager/Creator/Editor Needed

Hello, I'm trying to make my personal video channel with my current life that includes interesting topics; especially my real estate projects. I am located in the U.S., but I speak Korean and my husband speaks Spanish (Colombia). I want to find someone who can really manage almost everything (I can absolutely do the videos, but would need some guidelines) including editing, managing, and marketing out.

I am looking to do this for a long time and work on it constantly. If you speak Korean or Spanish (English is mandatory..) and have a real estate background, it's even better.
