Youtube Content Editing

I'm looking to partner with an editor for my channel. I stream on Twitch and Facebook, but recently started adding videos to YouTube. I'm looking for an editor to partner with as I'm doing all the editing myself and frankly am not great at it. Video will be a mix of outdoors, fishing, underwater drone, to a cooking competition I host on my channel, and possibly gaming clips. I'm choosing pay by hour, but would like to discuss a pay by hour plus profit share agreement.
