YouTube video editing for television and movie reactions

I am a newer YouTuber and my channel is blowing up. I need to be able to produce more content in a timely manner but also provide videos for early access. I am struggling to keep up as somebody who has a full-time job, and trying to edit videos the best I can with iMovie. I’m sure somebody could do this so much quicker with adobe. I’m just too dumb to figure it out. I’ve reached out to other reactors and I know that they hire freelance editors, so I thought I’d give it a shot. It takes me roughly 4 to 5 hours to edit a 40 minute television show with my commentaries . But movies take me much longer. Again an expert editor could get this done very quickly. I would prefer to pay per video, but let’s try one and see how it goes. You can gauge the amount of time that it takes for video and I can gauge the amount of money it cost to produce. Knowledge on YouTube copyright is necessary, please check out my channel so you can see the type of videos I am able to make and maybe you could improve upon.
