We are launching a new, dedicated YouTube channel focused entirely on Real Madrid C.F. news, highlights, and history. We are seeking an editor and creator to produce 200 videos. The core goal is to generate content that is highly engaging and demonstrably transformative and original.
1. Project Scope & Compensation
Total Project Volume: 200 videos
Price Per Video: $5.00
Total Project Budget: $1,000 (pending successful trial)
Publishing Schedule:
The ultimate goal is to generate the full 200 videos at a pace of approximately 5 videos per day (which will take about 40 days total). The freelancer will be responsible for delivering the final, finished videos on schedule.
2. Mandatory Trial Phase & Payment Terms
To ensure quality and confirm the content meets the required standard for originality, we require a paid trial phase:
Required Bid: The freelancer must bid $30 to create the first 5 videos (which averages to $6.00 per video for the trial).
Quality Requirement: The first two videos in this trial batch must be exceptional—our "magical" content to set the channel's initial tone and quality bar.
Project Continuation: If the first 5 videos are approved, we will formalize a contract for the remaining 195 videos at the rate of $5.00 per video.
Payment Schedule: Payment for the initial $30 trial will be released upon approval of the 5 videos. Payment for the main $975 project will be released upon agreed-upon milestones and final delivery of all files.
3. Video & Editing Specifications
A. Content Originality (CRITICAL)
Content Requirement: The editor must use professional video editing techniques to create new, original, and transformative content using their source material. The resulting video must be a unique derivative work.
Editing Requirements (Mandatory for originality): To make the videos original:
Add score line overlays (custom graphics).
Incorporate emojis and other custom graphic overlays.
Add sound effects (e.g., custom crowd noise, specific sound cues) and/or a new background music track (must be licensed or royalty-free).
Use rapid cuts, zoom-ins, and other extensive editing techniques to change the viewing experience from the original source footage.
B. Content & Length
Topics: Focus on engaging topics that drive views and interest. Examples include:

Video Length: Each video must be more than 3 minutes long and not exceed 9 minutes in duration.

Thumbnails: Thumbnails should be simple, high-impact, and clear.
No fancy graphics or text needed.
Simply use a close-up, high-resolution picture of the key moment (e.g., a player celebrating a goal, a decisive tackle, a penalty shot).
Delivery: The freelancer is responsible for delivering the final video files, corresponding titles, and SEO tags. The Client will handle the final upload to the YouTube channel.
