YouTube video blog post - fashion / nails

I made a video of doing my nails that I would like edited into a video blog post or instructional video type-thing. I would like to make more video blog posts in the future if it turns out to be fun, and the result doesn't have to be spectacular, just don't want to look dumb if I shared the video blog around to friends and family after I get a few posts together. I'm looking for someone who will do this pretty cheap, so I'm not expecting an expert and it would be fine if you use this project to experiment and learn video editing while getting paid.
