YouTube lifestyle/travel video

I have a YouTube channel with about 8 videos. I have tons of travel video/drone footage categorized based on location. I would like to put a video out once per week until I’m caught up…approximately 30 videos - then transition to one every 2 weeks. The videos would be about 10-15 minutes long. I don’t have time to create the vids on premiere pro but could tweak the final cut if needed. I’m looking to find a freelancer that I could work with long term if the product is bueno?
