YouTube Video Editor for Football Channel (Long-Term Collaboration)

I’m looking for a creative and skilled video editor to help me bring my upcoming football-focused YouTube channel to life. The channel will feature commentary, discussions, highlights, and insights about football — from match analyses and player performances to tactical breakdowns and personal opinions.
Your job will be to take my raw footage and turn it into engaging, well-paced, and visually appealing videos that keep the audience hooked. Think of editing styles similar to football commentary or lifestyle creators who mix humor, quick cuts, dynamic subtitles, and motion graphics to make the content fun and binge-worthy.
Responsibilities:
Edit 1–2 videos per week (each video 8–12 minutes long)
Add motion graphics, captions, and transitions to enhance storytelling
Insert relevant clips, memes, and match highlights (where copyright-free or under fair use)
Color grade and sound balance for a professional finish
Collaborate with me to maintain a consistent style and tone for the channel
Requirements:
Proven experience in YouTube video editing (please share portfolio links!)
Understanding of football content — passion for the game is a huge plus!
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Creativity and strong sense of pacing, humor, and engagement
Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly
